Our energy can either be enhanced by our environment or diminished. Here's 5 unexpected - ready to be implemented - easy tips that can do a lot for you and will help you align to your love goals!
When I reflect back on the past years and from where I started my journey to inner-liberation, a few things catch my attention.
In 2015/2016 I had moments of anxiety, experienced heart-break and suffered from overthinking my relationship.
I spend a lot of time alone and in my apartment.
But this only kept me in that same tendency and emotional place.
I nearly couldn’t help myself not to ‘’slip back’’ into my unwanted habit of:
- Putting too much mental work in
- Taking too much action
- Trying to figure it all out
- Experiencing negative emotion around the status quo
Throughout the years I have changed my environment quite often.
I’ve lived in several places and often traveled.
And it occurred to me recently how much impact my environment had (and has) on my ability to be who I want and need to be.
It may sound really quite simple, but there’s so much power in changing your environment around in ways that benefit you most.
It can :
- help you sustain your new state of being
- distract you out of negative momentum
- boost new and healthier thought processes
- make you feel like a completely different person
So..
Here’s a few environmental attributes that have helped me shift in the ways I needed, that I believe should not be overlooked when manifesting YOUR dreams and goals:
𝟏) 𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥
Seeing new things, places, cultures and people. No need to explain how awesome that is.
If you can’t afford going somewhere far, just travel to another village nearby instead of always going to your local stores.
𝟐) 𝐈 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬
I refrain from buying crap and I’m not afraid to spend a little more than comfortable on products of quality and that look aesthetically good. It really helps me appreciate my beautiful life more.
𝟑) 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭
I don’t spend too much time in dark places. I keep my windows and/or curtains open. I literally seek light in my life. I would also only choose a living space with much light.
𝟒) 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐇𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞
I use as many natural products as I can (to wash, clean and for personal care). They’re often also sustainable and low-waste.
My bedroom is just for sleeping and all my sheets are organic bamboo cotton + the interior is based on feng shui.
Less is more in the home. I don’t have any clutter or an unorganized dresser.
𝟓) 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
Go outside, everyday, no matter the weather. And be in awe of LIFE.
If you’ve been wanting to break through your thought-cycle for a while, and finally make that shift, this is proven to help you!
